Quick product summary

The QNO-7032R belongs to Hanwha Vision’s Q Series and is built around a 1/3-inch CMOS imager. Its 6mm fixed lens provides an official horizontal field of view of about 49°, a vertical field of view of about 28° and a diagonal field of view of about 56°. That makes it more focused than a wide 2.8mm or 4mm camera and can be useful when the target area is a gate, driveway approach, corridor end, loading lane, perimeter section or another scene where the designer wants more pixels concentrated into a narrower angle. Lens selection should be made from the actual site geometry rather than camera resolution alone.

The camera supports H.265, H.264 and MJPEG, multiple streaming, WiseStream II, motion detection, defocus detection, tampering detection, virtual area and virtual line analytics. It also supports hallway view at 90° or 270°, lens distortion correction, 120 dB wide dynamic range, selectable microphone or line audio input, one alarm input and one alarm output. Edge storage is available through a single microSD/SDHC/SDXC slot with a manufacturer-stated maximum capacity of 128GB. For integration, the camera supports ONVIF Profiles S, G and T along with Hanwha SUNAPI.

Who is the QNO-7032R best suited to?

This model is worth considering when a project needs a robust fixed bullet camera but the surveillance objective benefits from a tighter view than common wide-angle lenses deliver. It can suit commercial entrances, warehouse approaches, yard lanes, external doors, parking access points, service corridors, industrial perimeter segments and selected retail or hospitality exterior views. The camera is not a PTZ and its focal length is not motorized, so it should be positioned carefully during design and commissioning. Where scene width, target distance or future re-aiming requirements are uncertain, a varifocal model can be easier to tune.

The QNO-7032R is also useful for projects where PoE simplifies cabling, while 12VDC remains available as an alternative power method. Its IP66 rating addresses dust and water ingress for suitable exterior installations, while IK10 provides an impact-resistance classification for more exposed locations. Those ratings apply to the camera enclosure; cable joints, junction boxes, conduit, network switches, surge protection and mounting work must still be engineered appropriately for the site.

Key features and business benefits

4MP detail

Up to 2560 × 1440 resolution gives more scene detail than Full HD while keeping bandwidth and storage requirements below many 4K deployments.

Focused 6mm view

The fixed 6mm lens concentrates coverage into a 49° horizontal field, useful when the security objective is a defined lane or target zone instead of a broad overview.

30m infrared

Integrated 850nm IR LEDs provide a manufacturer-stated viewable distance of 30m, supporting night monitoring without requiring visible white light.

120 dB WDR

Wide dynamic range helps in mixed-light scenes such as doors, gates or shaded loading areas where bright backgrounds and dark foregrounds occur together.

Edge recording

A microSD slot up to 128GB can provide local event or edge recording. Card type and recording strategy should be chosen for endurance and retention requirements.

Open integration

ONVIF Profiles S, G and T, RTSP and SUNAPI support make the camera suitable for many compatible NVR and VMS environments, subject to feature-level integration testing.

Compatibility, configuration and deployment guidance

Before ordering, confirm whether the camera will connect to a Hanwha recorder, a compatible third-party NVR or a video management system. ONVIF support is useful for interoperability, but advanced functions such as analytics metadata, event handling, audio, alarm I/O and device management can vary by platform. For an existing system, provide the NVR or VMS make, model, firmware version, required recording resolution and retention target so compatibility can be reviewed rather than assumed.

For network design, calculate PoE capacity across the whole switch rather than checking one port only. The camera’s PoE draw can reach 10.7W, so a multi-camera deployment needs enough total PoE budget after allowing for IR load, other powered devices and engineering margin. Use appropriate structured cabling, surge protection and outdoor containment where needed. If the cable route approaches Ethernet distance limits, evaluate switch placement, fibre uplinks or approved extenders rather than relying on marginal links.

Storage planning should be based on camera count, selected codec, frame rate, scene complexity, continuous versus event recording, retention days and redundancy policy. H.265 and WiseStream II can reduce bandwidth compared with less efficient configurations, but no single daily storage figure applies to every site. Edge microSD can complement central recording, but it should not automatically be treated as the only archive for business-critical evidence. Use endurance-grade media and define a replacement and health-check policy.

What to confirm before ordering

  • Target distance, scene width and whether a 49° horizontal field of view is appropriate.
  • Indoor or outdoor mounting location, height, surface and junction-box requirements.
  • Existing NVR/VMS compatibility and required ONVIF or Hanwha feature support.
  • PoE switch port capacity, total PoE budget and cable route length.
  • Recording resolution, frame rate, retention period and storage architecture.
  • Need for audio input, alarm I/O, edge recording, analytics events or remote viewing.
  • Lighting conditions, reflective surfaces and whether 30m integrated IR is sufficient.
  • Project quantity, delivery destination, current product availability and applicable warranty route.

Comparison and alternative model guidance

Within the same Hanwha Q Series 4MP bullet family, the QNO-7012R, QNO-7022R and QNO-7032R use different fixed focal lengths, while the QNO-7082R adds a motorized varifocal lens. The QNO-7032R uses 6mm and is the most focused of the three common fixed-lens choices. If the site needs wider coverage close to the camera, a 2.8mm or 4mm sibling can be more appropriate. If the exact angle cannot be finalized until installation, the varifocal QNO-7082R can offer more adjustment. Dome or vandal-dome versions may be preferred where appearance, ceiling mounting or tamper exposure changes the enclosure requirement.

Buyers should compare cameras by the required outcome rather than megapixels alone. For an entrance, the question may be whether faces are large enough in the image at the intended distance. For a loading lane, the requirement may be to see movement and vehicle activity across a narrow approach. For a parking overview, the 6mm view may be too tight. For an exposed wall, the bullet body can provide a clear direction of view and straightforward aiming, while a dome can be visually subtler. FourTeck can review these trade-offs using a floor plan, site photographs or target distances.

Hanwha QNO-7032R Dubai

Dubai buyers evaluating the Hanwha QNO-7032R often need more than a camera-only price. Commercial sites in Dubai can combine bright exterior sunlight, shaded entrances, reflective glass, underground or covered parking, dusty service areas and long operating hours. The QNO-7032R’s 120 dB WDR is relevant where a monitored doorway or gate contains both bright and dark areas, while the integrated 30m IR can support night monitoring of defined exterior zones. Its 6mm lens should be chosen deliberately because Dubai projects frequently include both wide overview zones and narrow approach lanes; one lens size rarely suits every camera position.

For offices in Business Bay, Dubai Internet City or JLT, the camera may be considered for building approaches, service doors, loading access or external perimeter points rather than broad indoor room coverage. Warehouses in Jebel Ali, Dubai Investment Park or Al Quoz may use a focused bullet camera to monitor dock lanes, roller doors, boundary sections and vehicle approaches. Retail, hospitality and managed-property projects can also use the model where a discrete but directional outdoor camera is preferred. The correct mounting height, target distance and image objective should be confirmed before a purchase order is placed.

A Dubai deployment should also account for cabling and environmental details outside the camera itself. IP66 does not protect an exposed RJ-45 joint that has been left unsealed, and IK10 does not replace secure mounting. Outdoor cable entries, junction boxes, grounding, surge protection and rack-side PoE design remain important. Where the camera is connected to an existing NVR, provide the recorder model so recording, events and integration can be checked. Where it is part of a new system, specify the number of cameras and retention days so recorder channels, network capacity and storage can be sized together.

For a Dubai quotation, share the quantity, exact site area, whether installation is required, the existing recorder or preferred VMS, and any site drawing that shows the expected field of view. FourTeck can then support model matching, product availability confirmation, network and storage planning, and a project-specific quotation without assuming stock or a fixed delivery date. For broader local infrastructure support, visit FourTeck CCTV installation guidance for Dubai or FourTeck UAE.

Hanwha QNO-7032R UAE

Across the UAE, QNO-7032R requirements can come from multi-emirate businesses, logistics operators, schools, clinics, factories, property managers and contractors who want a repeatable network-camera standard. A 4MP camera with PoE and ONVIF support can fit structured IP surveillance designs, but the suitability of the 6mm lens still depends on each position. A deployment in an Abu Dhabi industrial yard can have very different sight lines from a Sharjah warehouse corridor or an Ajman retail loading door. Standardising the camera model can simplify support, but it should not force the same lens choice into positions where the field of view is wrong.

For UAE rollouts, the practical design questions include whether all sites use the same NVR or VMS, whether camera VLANs and IP address schemes are standardised, how firmware and credentials are managed, and what retention policy applies to each location. The QNO-7032R supports security functions including encrypted firmware, digest authentication, brute-force protection, IEEE 802.1X options, HTTPS, SRTP, IP-based access control and AES-256 SD-card partition encryption. These functions are useful only when they are configured as part of a wider security policy. Default or shared passwords, unmanaged remote access and flat networks can undermine otherwise capable hardware.

Environmental planning also matters throughout the UAE. Cameras can be installed in outdoor sun, shaded car parks, dusty logistics areas, humid coastal locations and mechanically exposed service zones. The manufacturer lists an operating range down to -40°C and up to +55°C, with specific startup guidance. That specification helps with camera selection, but installers should also consider the temperature inside junction boxes, network cabinets and outdoor switch enclosures. Power supplies and network equipment can have different limits from the camera.

For multi-site procurement, send FourTeck a schedule showing quantity by emirate, site type, expected installation dates and whether equipment only or complete deployment support is needed. This makes it easier to separate confirmed technical requirements from commercial variables such as availability and delivery coordination. UAE customers can also review FourTeck CCTV and access-control systems guidance and the main FourTeck technology platform for related project support.

Hanwha QNO-7032R Kenya

Kenya organisations looking at the Hanwha QNO-7032R commonly need a camera that can fit into a professional IP surveillance design for offices, warehouses, education sites, healthcare facilities, compounds, retail branches and industrial operations. The camera’s 4MP resolution, PoE power, H.265/H.264 streaming and 30m IR can be useful where the network infrastructure is already planned around PoE switches and central recording. For Nairobi commercial sites, a focused 6mm bullet camera may suit gates, service lanes and perimeter sections, but wide shop floors or reception areas will often need a wider lens or another camera style.

The network and power architecture deserve particular attention when cameras are distributed across large compounds or multiple buildings. Standard Ethernet distance, switch placement, fibre uplinks, lightning and surge exposure, UPS backup and cabinet security can have more impact on uptime than the camera model itself. The QNO-7032R supports both PoE and 12VDC, giving installers flexibility, yet PoE is usually cleaner for centrally managed IP CCTV because network and power can be delivered over one cable. The total PoE budget must still be sized correctly.

For projects outside Nairobi or for multi-branch rollouts, procurement planning should include spare strategy, local installer responsibility, warranty handling, firmware management and remote troubleshooting. If the camera will be used with an existing recorder, confirm ONVIF support and the exact functions required. Basic live view may work while analytics events, audio, alarm integration or edge-storage retrieval behave differently across platforms. A short proof-of-concept can be valuable before large standardised deployments.

Kenya buyers should share target distances, camera count, retention days, recorder platform, site location and network readiness when requesting a quote. FourTeck can support product-selection discussions and regional procurement through FourTeck Kenya. For wider African standardisation, the FourTeck Africa platform can also help coordinate requirements. Availability, delivery timing and warranty terms should be confirmed on the actual quotation for the requested quantity.

Hanwha QNO-7032R Kuwait

Kuwait buyers considering the QNO-7032R often work with outdoor commercial and industrial environments where heat, dust, strong contrast and long daily operating periods make camera selection and installation quality important. The QNO-7032R’s IP66 enclosure, IK10 impact classification, 120 dB WDR and integrated IR are useful design features, but they should be considered together with mounting method, shading, cable protection and network cabinet conditions. Camera temperature ratings do not automatically apply to an unventilated enclosure containing a PoE switch or power supply.

The 6mm fixed lens is a central buying decision. For a Kuwait warehouse gate, compound approach or defined driveway, the narrower 49° horizontal field can place more scene detail on the target than a much wider lens. For broad parking overviews, large interior spaces or near-field doorway coverage, another focal length may be more appropriate. If project drawings are available, mark the camera point, target width and target distance so the field of view can be reviewed before procurement.

Storage and bandwidth should also be calculated rather than guessed. The camera supports H.265, H.264 and MJPEG with up to three streaming profiles and WiseStream II. The actual bitrate changes with frame rate, scene movement, lighting, compression settings and quality targets. A multi-camera site should therefore size NVR throughput and disk capacity from the planned configuration and required retention period. Where edge storage is used, select suitable high-endurance microSD media and define whether it is a resilience layer, event store or primary recording path.

Kuwait organisations can contact FourTeck Kuwait with the camera quantity, project type, delivery destination, existing recorder details and installation scope. FourTeck can help review whether the QNO-7032R fits the intended scene, identify related network or recording requirements and prepare a quotation based on the actual project. Current availability, delivery coordination and applicable warranty process should be confirmed commercially rather than assumed from listings in other countries.

Hanwha QNO-7032R Ghana

Ghana businesses and institutions can consider the Hanwha QNO-7032R for structured IP surveillance at compounds, offices, warehouses, retail operations, schools, hospitality properties and industrial facilities. In Accra and other commercial centres, a bullet camera with a fixed 6mm lens can be useful for targeted external coverage, particularly when the objective is an entrance lane, perimeter stretch or defined access point. It is less suitable where one camera must see a very wide scene at close range, so site geometry should be checked before standardising the model.

Network resilience is a key part of practical CCTV design. The QNO-7032R supports local microSD recording up to 128GB, central NVR/VMS streaming and multiple network protocols. That gives integrators options for handling short network disruptions or event recording, but a reliable system still needs quality cabling, protected switch locations, backup power where required and a clear remote-access policy. If the site experiences unstable mains power, the NVR, switches and network gateway may need UPS planning so the recording chain remains available during short outages.

Night performance should also be assessed from the real scene. The integrated IR has a stated viewable length of 30m, but effective evidential detail depends on target distance, reflectivity, angle, ambient light, lens view and exposure settings. Very reflective nearby surfaces can influence IR images, while large dark open areas may need additional lighting or a different camera. The official DORI figures can help discuss pixel-density expectations, but those values should not be treated as guaranteed recognition distances under every lighting condition.

For Ghana procurement, share the quantity, city, target use, recorder platform, planned storage days and whether installation or equipment-only supply is needed. FourTeck can support regional enquiries through FourTeck Ghana and can help align camera choice with PoE switching, recording and deployment requirements. For multi-country projects, FourTeck Africa can provide a broader coordination route. Stock, shipment, warranty handling and commercial terms should be confirmed for the specific order.

Hanwha QNO-7032R Uganda

Uganda customers planning CCTV for offices, compounds, schools, retail sites, logistics facilities, hotels or warehouses may evaluate the QNO-7032R when they need a professional outdoor IP bullet camera with a focused fixed lens. The camera’s 4MP resolution and 30m IR make it suitable for defined monitoring zones, while IP66 and IK10 help address exposed mounting locations. Kampala projects can range from compact office entrances to larger compounds, so the same camera should not be applied everywhere without checking view width and target distance.

The 6mm lens is particularly relevant for buyers comparing Hanwha Q Series options. With a roughly 49° horizontal field of view, it sees a narrower scene than typical 2.8mm or 4mm fixed cameras. That can improve pixel concentration on a gate or lane, but it can create blind areas when the designer expects a wide overview. Where an installer cannot know the exact angle until commissioning, a motorized varifocal alternative may reduce risk. Where a broad lobby or retail overview is required, dome or wide-lens options can be more suitable.

For larger Ugandan sites, consider the complete communications path from camera to recorder: cable quality, distance, PoE switch placement, uplinks, VLAN configuration, NVR throughput, internet access for authorised remote users and backup power. The camera offers robust protocol support, but the surveillance system depends on all these components. A recorder with insufficient bandwidth or disks, an overloaded PoE switch or poor cabling can reduce reliability regardless of camera specification.

FourTeck supports Uganda CCTV enquiries through FourTeck Uganda. Send the camera count, site type, town or city, required recording days, existing equipment details and installation scope for a more useful quotation discussion. Buyers can also review regional CCTV guidance on the Uganda platform when comparing brands and system architectures. Product availability, import and delivery arrangements, warranty handling and service scope depend on the confirmed order and should be documented in the quotation.

Hanwha QNO-7032R Nigeria

Nigeria surveillance projects often combine demanding outdoor conditions, distributed sites, power-continuity concerns and a need for centralised viewing. The Hanwha QNO-7032R can fit professional IP CCTV designs where a 4MP bullet camera, 30m IR, PoE and a 6mm fixed lens match the scene. Corporate facilities in Lagos, Abuja and other business centres may use focused cameras for gates, driveways, service entrances and perimeter zones, while warehouses and industrial operations may deploy them at loading approaches or controlled access lanes.

Power design deserves explicit planning. Although the camera can run from PoE or 12VDC, the wider system may include PoE switches, NVRs, routers, storage arrays, monitors and internet links. A backup-power strategy can keep recording available during short interruptions and support controlled shutdowns where necessary. For distributed branches, consider whether footage is stored locally at each site, centrally over a WAN, or in a hybrid model. Network bandwidth and data costs can influence which approach is practical.

Cybersecurity should also be part of the deployment checklist. The QNO-7032R includes support for HTTPS, user authentication, secure communication options, access controls, logging and other security functions, but administrators still need strong unique credentials, firmware maintenance, restricted remote access and network segmentation. Avoid exposing camera interfaces directly to the public internet where a more secure remote-access architecture can be used. For third-party VMS integration, validate not only video streaming but also events, audio, alarm inputs and management functions required by the project.

Nigeria buyers can route enquiries through FourTeck Nigeria. Include the required quantity, delivery city, application, preferred NVR/VMS, retention days and whether installation is included. FourTeck can assist with camera fit, network and recording considerations, quotation preparation and related infrastructure planning. For organisations standardising surveillance across several African countries, FourTeck Africa can provide an additional regional route. Commercial terms and availability should always be confirmed for the actual order.

Hanwha QNO-7032R Seychelles

Seychelles projects can involve hospitality properties, commercial buildings, offices, storage facilities and infrastructure sites where camera equipment may face humid, coastal and outdoor environments. The QNO-7032R’s IP66 enclosure makes it suitable for many exterior surveillance positions when installed correctly, but coastal exposure requires attention to the complete mounting assembly, connectors, cable entries, fasteners and maintenance schedule. Environmental protection should be assessed at system level rather than assuming the camera rating protects every accessory around it.

The 6mm fixed lens can be useful for resort service gates, back-of-house entrances, property approaches, perimeter sections and other defined target areas. A wide beachfront or car-park overview may instead need a wider lens, higher mounting point, multi-sensor design or multiple cameras. Good design begins with a clear objective for each position: detect activity, observe behaviour, recognise people, identify a subject at a defined distance, or simply provide situational awareness. That objective should determine lens choice and camera placement.

For island deployments, spare strategy and support logistics can be as important as model choice. Buyers should decide whether critical sites keep spare cameras, injectors or switches, who is responsible for configuration backups, and how firmware or credential changes will be managed. If the system uses a local NVR, size disk capacity to the required retention period. If remote access is needed, use secure methods and account for connection quality. Edge microSD recording can provide an additional layer but should be planned around card endurance and the organisation’s evidence-handling process.

Seychelles customers can contact FourTeck Africa with project quantity, island/location, intended coverage, NVR/VMS details and delivery requirements. FourTeck can assist with camera-selection review and broader surveillance infrastructure planning. Availability, shipping options, warranty procedure, duties and installation responsibility can vary by order, so these should be confirmed before procurement rather than inferred from another market’s listing.

Why contact FourTeck for QNO-7032R planning?

A camera model should be selected as part of the intended surveillance outcome. FourTeck can help buyers review the lens fit, camera count, PoE requirements, switching, NVR or VMS compatibility, storage days, mounting environment and regional procurement requirement before a quotation is finalised. This is especially useful for projects where several camera types are needed across the same site or where an existing CCTV system must be expanded without creating compatibility problems.

FourTeck does not need a buyer to assume a fixed online price, stock status or delivery time. Share the actual requirement and request current commercial confirmation. For installation projects, a site plan or photographs can help clarify camera angles and cable routes. For supply-only orders, providing the recorder model and intended lens coverage can reduce the risk of buying a technically compatible camera that is visually wrong for the scene.

Hanwha QNO-7032R FAQ

What resolution does the QNO-7032R provide?

The Hanwha Vision QNO-7032R supports a maximum resolution of 2560 × 1440, commonly described as 4MP. H.265 and H.264 streams can run at up to 30 fps in 60Hz mode or 25 fps in 50Hz mode. The final recording resolution and frame rate should be matched to the NVR/VMS throughput, storage requirement and surveillance objective.

What lens is fitted to the QNO-7032R?

It uses a 6mm fixed focal lens with an F2.0 maximum aperture. Hanwha specifies a horizontal field of view of about 49°, vertical of about 28° and diagonal of about 56°. Because it is fixed rather than motorized varifocal, the camera should be selected only after checking the target width and mounting distance.

How far does the infrared illumination reach?

Hanwha states an IR viewable length of 30 metres using 850nm infrared LEDs. That figure describes the illuminator range, not a guaranteed identification distance. Actual night detail depends on lens angle, target size, ambient light, reflectivity, mounting position and exposure settings. Review the real site rather than choosing the camera from IR distance alone.

Is the QNO-7032R suitable outdoors?

Yes, the camera carries an IP66 environmental rating and IK10 impact rating. The manufacturer also lists an operating temperature range of -40°C to +55°C, with startup above -30°C. Outdoor reliability still depends on correct mounting, protected connections, appropriate junction boxes, cable management, surge protection and the conditions affecting nearby power and network equipment.

Does it support PoE?

Yes. The QNO-7032R supports IEEE 802.3af PoE Class 3 and can also use 12VDC. Hanwha specifies maximum PoE consumption of 10.7W. For a multi-camera system, calculate total switch PoE capacity across all connected devices and include suitable engineering margin rather than checking only the per-port limit.

Can the camera record to a microSD card?

Yes. It has one microSD/SDHC/SDXC slot supporting up to 128GB. Edge storage can be used for local recording or resilience depending on the system design. For continuous or business-critical use, select high-endurance media, define overwrite and retention settings, and use central NVR/VMS recording where the project requires longer retention or consolidated evidence management.

Which video codecs are supported?

The camera supports H.265, H.264 and MJPEG, with up to three streaming profiles. WiseStream II is also supported. H.265 can reduce bandwidth and storage compared with less efficient configurations, but actual savings vary by scene, frame rate, motion, quality and VMS settings. Storage should therefore be calculated from the planned deployment.

Will the QNO-7032R work with third-party NVRs?

The camera supports ONVIF Profiles S, G and T plus RTSP and Hanwha SUNAPI, so it can integrate with many compatible platforms. However, feature depth varies. Live video may work while analytics, alarm I/O, audio, edge-storage retrieval or device management may require specific integrations. Confirm the exact NVR or VMS model before a large purchase.

Does the camera include analytics?

Yes. Hanwha lists defocus detection, motion detection, tampering, virtual-area events such as intrusion, enter and exit, and virtual-line events including crossing and direction. These are practical rule-based analytics rather than a claim of advanced AI classification. Event availability inside a third-party VMS should be verified before relying on it operationally.

How do I request a Dubai quotation?

Send FourTeck the quantity, Dubai delivery location, target application, whether installation is required, existing NVR/VMS details and expected recording retention. If possible, include the camera-to-target distance or a site drawing. This allows the 6mm lens fit, network requirements, recorder capacity and current commercial availability to be reviewed together.
